AI Summit is one of Hungary’s leading professional events dedicated to artificial intelligence, bringing together key players from the business, technology, and innovation sectors. In partnership with Indamedia, we were responsible for the event’s visual and production delivery, including stage design, stage management, on-site coordination, and production planning. As part of the project, we developed the venue masterplan, created detailed 3D visualizations, and delivered key elements of the event’s visual identity. The goal was to integrate cutting-edge technological content into an environment that was both visually impactful and highly functional. Hosting thousands of attendees, AI Summit has become one of the most important annual gatherings for Hungary’s AI and innovation community.
